Default Halloween is coming... Horror Recommendations!

With October around the corner what are the horror films to watch?

Please only post films obtainable on Blu ray and available in the UK.

I shall begin with a few favorites!

I watch horror films all year round so I dunno

Tales of Halloween will be out in the UK (from Arrow) this year won't it?

Shame you're excluding some great imports like the Halloween set, F13th collection etc which are perfect of course for Halloween

Anyway, this month sees for the first time here The Shining with both UK/US cuts. Arrow release Hills Have Eyes. 88 release Prison and Eureka issue Stigmata.

Some great brand new UK BDs ready for Halloween.

These are a few of my must watches every October for Halloween.

Also Trick R'Treat, I don't know if it was released over here, I watch the DVD (U.S. Bluray is on order).

And for what its worth, Tales of Halloween is awful in my opinion.

Halloween is showing at my local home town cinema as well on the 27th Oct. It's a 2 minute walk from my house so there's no excuse not to.

[REC] and [REC]2.

Both are good and should be watched back to back.

The ring and ju on the grudge. Both the Japanese version. Not the poor us remakes.
