They probably put the pre-order up a day early, it looks like Amazon did the same with the standard editions.

Just got back from the midnight release! It's a good movie. With the connections to Potter, it feels very familiar but completely new. Loved the opening titles!! Have already ordered the limited edition Blu with Niffler statue on Amazon, and will defiantly be ordering this! Hopefully they'll change the art work to look more in line with the recent Harry Potter steel books HMV have done.

I put a preorder in on Paul's Group buy. Even if we get a local steelbook in Australia I doubt it'll include 3D.

This movie was better than I expected. A Harry Potter film without Harry Potter.

Great soundtrack and story. The cast is excellent.

Just home from a second viewing (after seeing it at midnight on Thursday). Still as magical as ever. Roll on 2018

I've gone for the Niffler model and film set. If a decent (unique artwork) steelbook is released I'll pick that up too.

I feel like the artwork for the screenplay book would make for nice Steelbook art too, and it would also be similar to the recent wave of Harry Potter steels.

I joined the Cudzndrips UK group buy to get this 2D+3D steelbook of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. Does anyone know if the USA is getting this same exact steelbook design with the 3D blu-ray disc -- or will the USA steelbook only have the 2D blu-ray?
