Default 1080P PC monitor that supports all refresh modes 60HZ and lower?

Hello, at the end of the year I hope to move out of home. If I do I'll have to get a new TV. What I've decided on is a PC monitor since I don't watch much TV and I could just use a set top box with HDMI out. What I'm looking for is a 1080P LCD or LED monitorb for $200 or under that has HDMI and D-sub/VGA inputs, AUX output for audio, and a max refresh of 60Hz. Another need of mine is 50Hz since I plan to get a couple of my old PAL consoles converted to HDMI. Also 24Hz since I noticed a few issues when watching a Blu Ray that I believe was due to the PS3 converting it to 50/60Hz.

Unless it's a "TV/Monitor" combo it probably won't do anything but 60Hz (or higher if supported).
It'd be much easier to find a TV that's a decent monitor and for the price a larger display as well.

You can probably buy a cheap small TV about the same price as some monitors.

I mainly want a monitor for full range RGB on the PS3. I really like the deep, dark colors FR RGB provides.
