Sony Pictures Rebirth of Mothra I II III (1996-1998)

So i have a question, has anyone bought the blu ray bundle that includes all 3 Mothra's from Walmart? If so do they come with 3 separate discs or all in one.

Does it come with a UV slip? since all the double features from godzilla came with one?

Thank you

Was the UV Slip for all 3 movies or just 1?

I'm in the same boat. Still sitting unwatched after 2-3 years. There just isn't enough time.

Do yourself a favor and don't watch them. They are down right dreadful. Do you like Godzilla vs Space Godzilla? Do you like the 92 Godzilla vs Mothra film? These are worse than those.

Or watch them and decide for yourself.

Keeping in mind that they're kids' movies, I enjoy them. Lots of bright, colorful FX. Some great new monsters / designs (Desghidorah, Cretaceous and Grand King Ghidorah, Armored Mothra). The second is the weakest / most "kiddie," but the first one actually has some gravitas.

I love all of the Heisei era films, but agree the Mothra trilogy is kid-oriented garbage.

SPACE GODZILLA would be 100% better if it had a proper score. Thank God Ifukube came back for DESTROYAH.

I've been getting the Toho stuff lately and came across this at my local FYE for 10 dollars. It said it was a used copy but it was still wrapped, so I got a new copy with a digital code. I'm not expecting great movies but I thought 10 dollars wasn't much for this

Rebirth of Mothra I was pretty good. The rest went downhill fast. Looking forward to the Legendary version of Mothra.

Actually, most comments I make are meant to be read as sarcastic or jokes. Life is too short to be serious and the internet needs to learn how to read comments as such.

As for those movies, switch out Alien 3 with Covenant and I would defintely say they should be skipped. :-p

I thought these movies were EXTREMELY entertaining, but they're campy as hell, so if that's not your thing try something new for once in your life and watch it anyway.

the Mothra films are for kids much like the later 60-early 70s Gamera films. Dagora is a cool villian (mothra 2) and i'd love to see him back in a godzilla film myself.

Just checked my Vudo when managing account shit, now all Mothera movies have an HDX icon next to SD. Now they look like the BD prints as before they were the soggy DVD versions with no credits text and TriStar logos.

WTF was that all about?

Depending on what platform you're looking at your library, sometimes it forces you to watch SD only. It used to do that if you tried to stream in-browser on a computer, I haven't tried in a long time.
