Free-to-play titles don't require PlayStation Plus for online play?

From what I've read, is that correct? I hope so as I don't have PlayStation Plus membership. Am downloading fps Blacklight, flight sim War Thunder and fps with vehicles, Planetside 2 so I will find out fairly soon.

From what I've read you don't have to have a PS+ account to play those games. I know you don't need it for Warframe. If you haven't tried that one out you should give it a go. It's a fun space shooter. You can use real money but don't need to.

Yep, played all 3 online without having a PlayStation Plus account. Kinda cool that you can do this. Think I'll also download DC Universe Online.
