Nice addition but not quite the Warner Lumet title(s) I was looking for (The Hill and Prince of the City).

Yeah I think I'd consider this, but Prince of the City would be a no-brainer purchase for me.

It's top 5 Lumet for me. Amazing movie. Maybe my favorite River Phoenix performance as well.

One of my most requested titles for 20+ years now. The DVD (like Fearless) was pan and scan only.

Man, that scene where River Phoenix confesses everything to Martha Plimpton is one of my favourite pieces of acting ever. That guy was so damn good.

Fantastic film. Never thought it would see the light of day on Blu-ray. Really happy for this, especially since the DVD was a 4:3 hatchet job. Almost converted it to digital with VUDU M2D the other day, but VUDU only has it in SD, so I didn't bother. I'm glad now because I would've been kicking myself today after this announcement.

I love this movie, and it's a shame River Phoenix left us too soon -- I think he had the potential to be one of the greats of his generation.

As was My Own Private Idaho, IMO his most towering achievement.

Those 2 performances plus his nominated work in Running on Empty already solidify him as one of the greats.
