The Dark Knight is the best overall film but Mask of the Phantasm is the best Batman film, if that makes sense.

Which in some ways is what pays for us to have nice things like this.

After how beautifully textured and film-like the new transfer of Iron Giant turned out I'm expecting great things from this.

I can't possibly post enough

to show how excited I am. Sure, no doubt it will be barebones, but still. I just checked out the DVD recently and it really didn't look very good on an HDTV. A Blu-ray release is long overdue.

My best friend and I saw it the day after Christmas, and it was so awesome to see on the big screen. Went back a few days later to see it again. Still have my ticket stub, too.
