Best Films of 2017 so far (Mid-Term Report Card) - Blu-ray Forum

Pretty straightforward. We're halfway through the year, so what are your Top 5 films in your opinion? Limited releases from 2016 such as La La Land or Patriots Day do not count. Feel free to add your Top 5 most anticipated films from the remainder of the year as well.

4) Logan
5) Everything, Everything

Most anticipated: Star Wars: The Last Jedi, War for the Planet of the Apes, Blade Runner 2049, IT, Thor: Ragnarok

I've seen 19 films that are officially 2017 releases (according to iMDB and Wikipedia). So several masterworks, such as The Lure and Personal Shopper, that I caught this year during their U.S. theatrical rollouts don't count as actual 2017 films like DanTheMan said. They're factored into my top ten lists for the last two years in my signature.

2. King Arthur: Legend of the Sword
3. The Wall
4. The Beguiled
5. It Comes at Night
