I remember reading long ago that she had to retire because she couldn't get insured to work anymore due to a heart defect that was discovered.

Has she been in anything in the last 15 years? The last two things I remember her being in were Jackie Brown and A Simple Plan (she was great in both). Also, isn't she married to Danny Elfman?

Re: Elfman- Yes

I think she did Lake Placid after both of those. And I remember hearing that she retired to be a full time mother.

Always loved Bridget Fonda. I still remember the early 90's interview she did where she talked about being a massive horror fan, Evil Dead 2 in particular (hence her cameo in Army of Darkness). How can you not love a girl like that?

For whatever reason, she's completely moved on from Hollywood. Scream Factory said she wouldn't even do an interview for the Lake Placid Blu-ray.
