Default PS3 settings for a new TCL 4k tv?

I just bought a TCL p605 4k tv and am loving it I'm still using my old PS3 for dvd's, Blu Ray's and occasionally games and am trying to get the most use out of it. What is going to be my best bet for the video/display settings? I found this Cnet article but it's almost 10 years old. I've also seen various things online that say to leave the Upscale to off instead of normal. I would really appreciate any help.

The PS3 has excellent upscaling and I would try it on. But you need to try it with your set to see what looks better to you.
