Default Best Buy and Slipcovers?

Just bought the latest set of Harry Potter releases from Best Buy's website. And as I feared, only two arrived with slipcovers. The slips are mainly why I even bothered to double-dip. Can I plead my case with them in person? Their returns/exchange policy seems pretty lenient. I'd definitely describe this as 'incorrect', when every official piece of info states that these releases come with slips.

tl;dr
Has anyone tried to exchange a slipless movie for one with a slip at Best Buy?
I'm kinda hoping they'll just pull the slips off ones they have in stock and hand those to me.

Most employees really don't care. As long as they aren't opened, just go in with them and ask to do an exchange. Or rebuy them and take the non-slipped ones back in their place. It's the exact same product. I've done both options multiple times even if the slips arrived damaged in the mail. I've gotten the "glazed eyes" type of look when I did ask if I could just take a slip. Best to do things as official as possible.

Unfortunately, my little brothers opened all of them as soon as they arrived, but I have receipts and and everything. I've returned opened stuff before, but never for a slip specifically. Also, a few of the cases got cracked in the mail apparently, so I got even more grounds for replacements at this point.

Go try it, then. Got nothing to lose.

So they didn't have those particular ones in stock there, but they offered to re-order them with the slipcovers, and replace them free of charge.

That's a good precedent imo. I know amazon doesn't do that.
But if I ever wanna make sure I get a slipcover on a particular release, I'm going to Best Buy.

How were they able to confirm the Slipcovers would be apart of the order?
