RACE 3 3D Trailer (Side by Side for stereo 3DTV)

Race 3 3D opens in select theaters June 15, 2018.

Wow, that's much better 3D than I was anticipating in this Race 3 3D trailer, with layers of medium to high medium, and some strong 3D pop outs. This is now a must see for me, as a fan of action movies, 3D and the fact it's playing at my theater this week. Cool.

The movie looks entertaining. After enjoying Padmaavat 3D earlier this year, I'll definitely check this one out too, as the 3D will probably only be this week only.

As others mentioned, it would be nice if this made it to blu ray 3D in some region for import.

Race 3 3D Review: Cinemark 3D Theater. Center Row.
Race 3 is a movie made in Bollywood/India I believe. The production values and camera work look professional and stylized. The 3D was converted by Prime Focus World.

3D Layering: 8/10. Consistently medium layers of 3D, with some high medium scenes, a strong 3D scene near the end in the sewers, and a dance scene that was milder 3D in contrast to the other song/dance scenes.
3D Pop Outs: 8/10. Some strong 3D pop outs that flew far out of the screen including rubble and particles. Looked great in 3D.
3D Framing: 6/10. While some shots looked great in 3D, much of the film was shot with 2D in mind, where the framing cropped off the tops of heads.
3D Summary: 8/10. Mostly medium layered 3D with some strong 3D and pop outs. A very good conversion that at times looks great.
Worth watching in 3D? Yes.

The movie was entertaining, though at nearly 3 hours long, I'm glad there was plenty of action to keep things exciting. The fights were good, though so over the top at times it was hard to believe, as the enemies almost seemed to line up for the heroes to get their butts kicked, but it was all for the sake of entertainment.
Action Scenes:
Martial Arts Action most of the time.
Gun fights a good portion of the film.
Car/bike chases only a couple times. For a movie called Race 3, I thought there would be an actual car race, but there wasn't. Though at the end there was a cool car chases and shoot out.

The subtitled (sometimes they speak English lines) story was interesting, though with some of the twists, it wasn't really set up well enough, so only after something dramatic happened, did they then decide to go back in and explain why that happened with a scene that was never shown earlier. It took some of the impact out of the movie doing it that way as the characters sat around and explained things to each other. Otherwise, entertaining action movie with solid 3D.

I'd be surprised if Race 3 3D hits blu ray 3D, but I'd buy it if it does.

Agreed. I'm very glad I got to see this in theaters. A fun action film, an entertaining plot despite what critics may say, and a solid 3D conversion by Prime Focus World.

If this ever hits blu ray 3D in another country, I'll import it.
