Default Best Budget/Small-Space Atmos Setup?

I just found a smoking deal on a 65" B7A OLED and am looking to also overhaul my sound setup to have Dolby Vision + Dolby Atmos. Does anyone have any recommendations on Atmos capable systems that might be a good fit for a condo/apartment type living room environment? As a starting point, I've been looking into the Samsung HW-K950 and Vizio's upcoming 5.1.4 Atmos system and those are looking pretty close to what I'm wanting.

As much as I'd love to invest in a face-melting, top of the line sound setup (one day...), I also have neighbors to keep somewhat tamed.

I would focus your budget more on the front three speakers than anything else. Especially the center channel it is the most important speaker in the chain and where almost all the dialogue comes from.

So it comes down to budget. You can start with some nice bookshelf speakers and then add as you can to get to Atmos. I always recommend starting with front 3 speakers. Then a good sub. Then surrounds.

If you plan for Atmos soundbar, new model from Samsung N950 is good bet.Having K950 for over an year, I can vouch for the Atmos sound quality. Vizio will be cheaper but no reviews on quality of these yet.
For small spaces & apartments, current high-end soundbars are quite good. But beware of the limitations like no Atmos over ARC, No DV pass through etc. Good Luck !!!
