Looks to be spot gloss finish like the Japanese Venom steelbook, which wasn’t available anywhere else AFAIK. Seeing as there’s already two or three other WWAs, I’d say this is staying Japan exclusive as well.

i doubt it. japan has quite alot of exclusives that never made it ouside japan. venom and blade runner 2049 steels come to mind

Yes, but if that art was approved for Japan, it would likely be approved for other countries.

FAR FROM HOME is one of those movies that will have multiple releases time and time again. I wouldn't be surprised if we see this art elsewhere eventually.

The price is steep. And I honestly only really care about the Steelbook itself and the discs.

But with how bad the artwork is on most releases, this one is better than most of the rest IMO. And I love the touch with each disc having one of the suits that he wears in the movie.

For a reason that likely borders on OCD, I would be trying to coble together a Steelbook with regular Blu-Ray, 4K , and 3D all in the same set, likely requiring me to buy at least two releases to mix and match parts, which would likely cost at least $60 to $70 anyway since the US 4K release will likely be around $35 + tax, and for 3D importing would be necessary.

While I can do without the additional "swag," the nice part is that, hopefully, the box that it all comes in should help to protect the Steelbook during shipping.

I really, really like the outer case/extras for this though and I almost never buy a release for that stuff. Everything about this makes sense.
