Can someone confirm if the digital copies that came with the Best Buy exclusive infinity saga collection are 4k or not?

Also, are these codes on compatible with US streaming platforms and accounts or can they be used in different regions like Europe or Australia?

yes they are 4k, no they cant be used in other countries.
