Close Encounters speaker icon on pop-up menu? - Blu-ray Forum

There is a little speaker icon on the right side of the pop-up menu that I haven't seen on any of my other discs; when I press it it has a cross-out that turns from red to blue but I don't notice anything else. Anyone know what this is?

I've been wondering this exact same thing. I can't, even in all of google's wonder, find a single answer...
I have a bunch of discs with this icon & can't figure out what it does

Can anyone help???

It turns on and off the click sound that plays each time you navigate through the menu options.
