Which 2000s Apocalyptic film do you think is better?

it's really quite simple--- they both are good movies with fine performances by the leads--

but when the "fireworks" start--- War Of The Worlds excels, while I Am Legend leaves people in their chairs saying "WTF-- who in the hell approved these SCI-FI channel special effects?????????????

War of the Worlds was a bit better not much but a bit better.

Meh. I'm going with I Am Legend. I just had a much better theater experience with that movie, despite those two kids not shutting the **** up during the movie at my theater. However, I did laugh hard at one thing those kids said, but I won't say it here. :embarrassed:

War of the Worlds, I thought that movie was average with a very weak ending. Not the worst movie ever, but I don't care for it.
