Default The Personal History of David Copperfield (2020)

I'm hoping against hope that Disney will reverse their stance on physical media for their 20th Century Studios catalog and release Armando Iannucci's The Personal History of David Copperfield (2020), starring Dev Patel, Tilda Swinton, Hugh Laurie, and Peter Capaldi.
I had the chance to see this in an empty theater around Labor Day and it was such a vibrant, charming little delight of a film. Having never read Dickens' novel, I can't comment on how faithfully the source material has been adapted, yet the writing is very strong and the performances are top notch all across the board.
The production design is sumptuous and richly detailed, this film would look fantastic on 4K UHD in Dolby Vision. I know the odds of this happening are slim to none, since it didn't even get a 4k from Lionsgate in the UK. (Having found nothing to confirm, I'm assuming this title is Region B locked, like most Lionsgate UK Blu-rays)
Assuming this is true, I would snap at the chance to get this film on a Region A/unlocked disc. I'm sure it wouldn't light up sales, so maybe Disney would consider releasing this as a Disney Movie Club exclusive. I might finally sign up again for the DMC if I could use Copperfield as one of my fulfillment titles.

Any news about when this will go to streaming or get a physical release? I like the cast and Iannucci, and the trailers I saw earlier in 2020 looked good. Not sure if this ever made it to theaters, but I've been looking for news and it appears to just be in limbo.

I don't have high expectations on this getting a US release, especially on UHD, so I just picked up the 4K Dolby Vision digital copy -- currently $9.99 at Vudu (and it's MA). I've been itching to see it for a while.

Well, there is at least a British release of the film: https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/The-P...lu-ray/261838/
