This will be my first Black Friday where I’m actively looking to buy movies digitally rather than physical copies (or at the very least compare the two for the best price).
Does iTunes have worthwhile Black Friday deals or is it just more of the same. I know there’s a ton of complete series box sets on sale but none of them are ‘Lowest Price’, and same with some of the movie and bundles. Historically, have there been good deals or is it not worth waiting for or anticipating? |

I know, a lot of amazing deals up right now. I'm literally going to go broke from these sales. I just spent $70 buying the complete series of "Everybody Loves Raymond" and "Person of Interest." Who knows what other TV shows are going to pop up on sale in these coming days. I'm really going to have a crazy credit card bill this month.

Everybody Loves Raymond is the greatest comedy show ever. This will be the best binge-watch fest of my life! I instantly became a big fan of this show when I watched my first episode on TV. It's hard to explain, but it has the exact type of humor that I like.

Just as a note, there's a busy iTunes thread over in the Digital Deals subforum:

I’m not very sensible when it comes to money. It is pretty amazing that I can control myself enough to wait until a movie drops to €4.99 but there are more than 20 movies listed as 3.99 in the deals just not that I paid 4.99 and haven’t watched yet.
My lesson is learned. For any movie from the last twenty years I wait for €3.99 unless I’m going to watch that same day. |
