There's only been two releases of the whole series in a single box as far as I know. A german, and a french release. They are both released by Sony, and should be fairly english friendly. (except for the cover and the menus). The contents should be the same as the domestic US release of the seperate seasons, except for more audio and subtitle options.

I don't know for sure, but it looks likely there will be slim to none. My guess is the only extras will be a couple of featurettes on season 2 and season 3 (like the standalone releases). That's it. However, it looks like the set will be region-free.

Do either of those sets have the David Fincher audio commentary on the first two episodes that he directed?

The commentary was exclusive to the Netflix stream and wasn't included on the BD set for S1.

I could be wrong, but I believe they were actually released after the S1 BD set, concurrent with the premiere of S2, though I'm sure they were recorded in time to have been on the BD set.

I always assumed it would finally appear on the complete set, but we never got one in the US.
