That thing was like $7.99 for the longest time. Perfect contender for "taking the 4K disc and putting it in my old steelbook"

Yep, waiting for the standard 4K to hit $10 around Black Friday and sticking it in the Pop Art steel.

Jesus. I thought that other steelbook was bad but this takes the biscuit and the tin with it!

Absolutely diabolical. Anyone defending this clearly needs their eyes tested!

As pop art independent of a movie, I actually kind of dig the colors, and motion of the art. As a Steelbook for the movie Snatch? Not so much.

Yep. I actually like the artwork, I just don't like it as a representation of this movie.

Will hang onto the old Pop Art Steelbook.

More than anything the big problem with this art is that it doesn't even REMOTELY remind you of the movie its selling. If I was looking at this without the title I'd maybe say it's the Jake Gyllenhaal boxing movie from several years back? Glad the standard release is sticking with the perfectly fine ensemble cast poster.

Savvy graphics professionals should step up and weed out mediocre talent like this.

Why would anybody with talent waste their time designing art for SteelBooks?

Is the pay worth it?

A lot of artists do original art for Steelbooks, so there must be money in it. Most recently the Rambo set had various artists contributing to all 4 films and The Rob Zombie Firefly Trilogy had original artwork by Vance Kelly. All looked great. Other artists have their established screenprint’s for films used on Steelbooks, most notable are the one’s Mondo produces.

Is there a regular release? Horrible choice of art but may still get it.
