My former teacher appeared in James Franco's Whatever It Takes. You can see him laughing in the background during the sex ed scene. I would post the scene, but I might get banned because it features a giant penis.

Also I know this is a show, but my niece appears an episode of NCIS: New Orleans. I can't take the scenes she are in so seriously because of her, lol!

A show, but my 7th grade music teacher did one of the voices for the children’s TV series Inspector Gadget. Unfortunately I don’t remember if he only did one episode or was a major character (or one of many voices of the main character). Just randomly remembered this now when I read the original post about a teacher.

For the Spielberg remake of War of the Worlds-they filmed where it comes out of the ground in Newark N.J. (where my dentist was at the time)and they closed down the street for a week. He asked them about being an "Invisible Extra" and he is in several scenes in the beginning with all the chaos running around. I also knew the woman (from work) who is walking behind him when he leaves his house
to get into the car and leave. She is seen walking behind him and going up the stairs to her house while they are walking to the gas station.

Speaking as teachers as extras. There was a movie called North and South about the Civil War in the 80’s. I think it was made for tv. One of the teachers in my middle school had a very distinctive mustache that looked very much from that era. He was an extra as both a Union and Confederate soldier.

In the Real McCoy with Kim Basinger, there’s a scene in an airplane during the end of the movie. I knew one of the passengers in the background.
I also worked with a girl who was in an Ase of Base video. I believe it was Don't Turn Around. Both of those people worked with me in an Italian restaurant.

In Passenger 57, there’s a scene where there are two cops, one of them eating ice cream. I delivered pizzas with that guy. He was a trip. He was also in a scene in the movie in a country club or restaurant in the background.

One of my really good friend’s husband is friends with a guy who is an actor. He was in Law and Order as the youngest judge ever or something like that. He’s also had several bit parts in tv shows.

I was an extra in a Brooke Shields movie called An American Love. I believe it was an Italian film crew and I don't think the movie even aired here in the states, it was in the early 90's, I was in college at the time and it was being filmed about 45 minutes from where I lived. I recall signing some forms that a crew member gave us. I was used in a handful of scenes and had lunch with Brooke, she sat at the table next to me. She was very tall and had a very long and very thick head of hair. She was beautiful.
