Looks a bit like a Oppo 205 clone though.
Apparently it dual boots into 205 / Pioneer LX800. So strange !

This could be just another Oppo but under a different name. Manufacturers make products under a different name all the time.

Yes, looks like a pretty impressive build. One DAC is supporting the stereo RCA and balanced outputs. A second would be needed for additional 5.1 or 7.1 RCA plugs. Although almost everyone would be using HDMI output for bitstream to the AVR.

The dual toroidal transformers are a nice touch to separate the video and audio sections. And the noted Sony disc loader sounds good.

That price though, close to double of the Oppo 205 when available. :wow:
