Not Receiving Email Notifications for Subscribed Threads/ PMs / at all - Blu-ray Forum

I went back only 2 pages to see if there was anything about it. What do I do in this situation?

No longer receiving email alerts for when new comments are being posted for my subscribed threads.

Thanks. Do you know if there's a fix? Would help if a site admin were to look in but I don't know who I am supposed to reach out to and how.

I don’t. They never responded to my message when it happened in the past.

I'm not getting thread sub *or* new PM notifications, which makes responding to sale thread requests more of a hassle.

The issue here is that the website doesn’t send those emails at all

I've never subscribed to thread before. But i just did as a test and I'm getting email notifications. Maybe unsubscribing and subscribe again would fix it?

What do you mean? They still say “instant” under notification type

Then that must not be the issue. Did you try unsubscribing and then resubscribing? I've been getting email notifications all night.

One did go to my Spam folder though.

I did but still not getting them and my spam folder is empty.
This started December 14th suddenly. There must be something wrong with email notifications on the site’s end. It may not be affecting all users but it’s affecting us. I would be grateful if someone from the forum could look into this. I’m missing a lot of deals without notifications

I've subscribed to a thread and I am not receiving emails either. Nothing in my spam, etc.

I am not using GMail ema, but rather a giant internet provider email from here in Canada.

Is the solution that some internet providers are just blocking the domain? Confused...?

I use Comcast and I have not been receiving the notifications from subscribed threads either, nor have I received notifications via email when I get a private message.

I haven't received email notifications to subscribed threads for 6 weeks or so. I don't understand the technical talk a few posts back. Can anybody explain the fix to a dummy?

Do I have to create a new email account just for this website?

Same problem here. Actually it's the second time it's happening to me. A few years ago I didn't receive forum or deals subscriptions at my (Germany based) GMX mail address. When I changed it to the account attached to my personal website everything was working again. But around December/January it suddenly stopped and nothing gets through to me anymore. So to fix this I have to set up a gmail account? Hmm...

I haven't received any email notifications to my Comcast address since December. Guess I'll have to switch to Gmail.

On the bright side, I've been saving a lot of money in the past couple of months.
