Any recommendations to stream movie files from PC to TV (Chromecast)? Use to use VideoStream but that kinda died.

Plex Media Server. Download Plex onto your Roky/Smart tv once you've set up the server on your pc. I've used it for around 11 years now and have all my media hosted this way.
