Unlike other Universal-distributed discs that contain DTS-HD MA 7.1 audio, this UK disc, which is presumably also distributed in Australia and Germany, contains the film's Dolby Atmos audio track. The film runs approximately 24 seconds longer here than on the US disc, but this could be explained by the opening Universal logo, which leads into the MGM logo, assuming the US BD opens with the MGM logo.
The English subtitles are American English SDH. The smaller English subtitle file is for a few translations, all but one of which occur in one scene near the end of the film. Interestingly, they are stylized, presumably to match the theatrical release:

Titles and locations are burned in and in English, again presumably matching the theatrical release.
The Dolby Digital track is described audio, with an English (as in UK) female voice.
The extras match the US release and come with American English SDH and German subtitles.

I thought the film was good and very interesting, but the dialogue was quite poor at times, sounding very Americanized. The accent work is all over the place from pretty much everyone, which doesn't help, either. My favorite character was actually Pacino's Aldo Gucci.
I think in the end, the film could have worked even better if Scott had either dropped the accents. or, cast at least some Italians in the major roles, since they could have helped make the dialogue more realistic to how an Italian would speak English and the accent work would have been natural. For example, Claudia Gerini was in John Wick 2 and speaks English, while Fortunato Cerlino from the Gomorrah TV series speaks English, too, and I know there are many other Italian actors who could have been in this film, as well. Why it was cast entirely with American and British actors in the lead roles, when they would all be tasked with faking Italian accents (and in Italy, no less), is beyond me.
I will also say that unlike most, I was quite unimpressed by Leto, for example, who seemed to be doing a parody film. The make-up was great, but he just seemed like an American putting on a fake Italian identity.

Loved the film. Loved Pacino and Irons. I thought Driver and GaGa were believeable but agree Leto was just plain OTT. It distracted from the film
Anyone know why the UK/Australia releases have Atmos whereas other releases (including the 4k releases) have DTS-HD?
Tough choice between the Atmos blu-ray and DTS-HD 4k...
No idea. It's possible that those territories are the only ones where the film is with Universal directly, instead of United Artists (distributed by Universal...), but I doubt it. It's probably an authoring mistake that was carried through, but because our German friends love their dubbing, perhaps when the disc was authored, someone paid attention to how the film has an Atmos mix and authored accordingly. But that is pure speculation on my part.
UK Blu-ray looks fantastic to me, pretty much as good as it gets for Blu-ray. Not sure Ill bother with the 4K now to be honest especially with the Atmos on the Blu-ray too.

Watched this last night. Great casting in the lead roles, with a genuinely believable relationship between those two characters. Visually there's obviously parallels with All the Money in the World.
Best part though was Jared Leto's performance – perfect!
There's more humour here than found elsewhere in most of Scott's works. This film also felt shorter than the actual running time; the pacing was excellent.
