Out-of-print books discussion thread

I wasn't sure whether to start a separate thread for this book, or start a general thread for out-of-print books. So I decided to go for the latter.

It's a classic case of "I dithered when I should have just purchased a copy". Amazon UK in recent years had plenty of Marketplace sellers selling used copies of what I assume was an out-of-print book of In Suspicious Circumstances, a TV series tie-in book. The thing is, at the time there was no sign of the Granada TV series getting a repeat run on TV (I remember catching a bit of one episode on it's original UK TV run in the nineties). Then, earlier this past autumn, it was announced that Talking Pictures TV were going to repeat the series.

I checked Amazon UK again, but sadly the book is no longer available (not even any used copies). Have also checked eBay, and no copies of the book (the cover has Edward Woodward on it).
