Need help telling the difference please..

I can not figure out the difference between these two TV's. 1 is $200 more but I am just dumbfounded on the difference. Can anyone tell me?

No actually the one you have on their is TH-50PC77U and not TH-50PZ77U

Thanks guys for the help. Let me ask this then...do you think the extra $200 is worth it? I will be hooking up the Onkyo 908 HTIB and PS3. I will not be using it for a monitor with a computer.

It depends how often you watch free TV and how good you want it to sound. Personally, I would skip it and use the saved money for some BDs

If you don't use a computer with it, and have.will have a surround system...

Skip it, get the cheaper one....

Looks like the 700 has 4 speakers (31watts) vs 2 on the 770 (20 watts).
The 700 has a PC mode.
700 has HD3D mode
700 2 HDMI inputs, 770 1 HDMI input
700 has PC Input

The PZ77 has anti-glare coating.
The PZ700 has anti-reflective coatings... plus other minor differences.

You'll have to see the TV's in operation. The PZ77 is also stated as having a 10,000:1 CR. It may have something to do with the coatings not being anti-reflective, but anti-glare.
