From Ronin Flix, apparently. I think their track record is decent when it comes to releases, but dubtitles sounds likely.

It was in a 5 disc multi film pack from Dragon Dynasty. I have it.

Having a new translation on only the first movie seems extremely lazy. I'll only consider buying if they confirm both films are uncut.

Doesn't say anything about a new translation - my guess is they're just porting over the subtitles from the Dragon Dynasty release, which is where they're likely getting their transfer.

187 minutes so no way these are uncut.

Oh man, I didn't even pay attention to that. Totally holding off for a potential UK release. I'm extremely disappointed 88 or Arrow weren't able to snag these for the US market.

The first film is getting a proper translation, it seems. But these will just be warmed-over versions of the cut DD releases. Insta-fail. I really hope these get rescued in the UK by Eureka, 88 or Arrow.

These Ronin releases are fine if you can get them cheap... but don't expect much or the quality of what we've been getting from the other recent releases like this. They're just basically reissues of the DD discs with some enhancements. I'll continue to hold out hope for the UK labels to do nice releases. Irongod said he'd try to get the labels to do so. I also think he said more Jet Li is coming.

These sound like the cut down Disney versions. I’ll pass, and what really sucks is that it probably means that there won’t be a better release.
