Great looking steelbook. But I'm trying to hold off on purchasing this and X until after MaXXXine is released. I'm hoping we get a nice 4K set of the trilogy.

Extremely tempting, but yeah, I'm also gonna wait to see what A24 does after MaXXXine. I got the Lionsgate BDs of both X and Pearl for pretty cheap to hold me over 'til then. (And unlike a lot of other people, I quite like A24's weird but handsome shop-exclusive book packages, which I suspect the trilogy will get.)

I received my copy--standard case, not the media book. Both the 4k and Blu-ray have Dolby Atmos compared to the U.S. Blu-ray having only 5.1, and the Blu-ray played on my Region A Blu-ray player. Both discs also give you the option of having the menus in English or German. Only weird thing is that despite the media book cases touting Dolby Vision, nowhere on the case or 4k disc in the standard case release does it mention that it has Dolby Vision. Not sure why they omitted that info.
