Sony Pictures Classics will be releasing the Academy Award winning Errol Morris documentary The Fog of War (2003) on Blu-ray on November 14th. This was a great documentary, and long-overdue for a release. This will be a MOD release.

One of the finest documentaryies from the works of Errol Morris. I'm glad Sony is giving this the BD treatment.

great news!! always want this on blu-ray.

wish Errol Morris or someone can have a follow-up, to reflect how the world has (or has not) changed in the past 20 years with what McNamara has shared in the film.

This doc and related release is the bomb, if for nothing else than the expression on Bob McNamara's face when he speaks of his work under General Curtis LeMay during WW2, best known for following:

On one hand, I was kind of surprised this was not included for the Sony Classics set, but the more I thought about it, I shouldn't have been.

Reality has its place, but let's face it, most people seek to avoid it.
