OMFG Bud Spencer & Terence Hill in 4K. Unbelievable.

As far as I know, The Troublemakers has only been released on BD in Germany as part of a Spencer / Hill set by Leonine. They were so greedy and made a set with older BDs of their earlier films with Troublemakers as the new addition in order to raise the price.

Of course, as a huge fan, I bough that set but the encode is VERY bad. I believe they put the film on the disc twice, one for each language. It’s horrendous and a disgrace.

I sincerely hope this UHD will be definitive and only the start for lots and lots more Spencer / Hill in definitive editions.

A bunch of Bud Spencer & Terence Hill movies were released on UHD (with English audio) in France this year, I just found out about it today:

Last time I ordered from amazon.fr, they sent everything in a bubble envelope and a bunch of stuff was dinged. I hope you fared better. I'll see if I can find an alternative.

Do we know if more are coming in France? I was quite happy with the picture quality.

This Italian release doesnt bother me that much, while I love them, I think they were out of their prime

I saw most of those at the local FNAC and even at Le Réservoir, an independent store in town.
