Toho has never included English subs on any of their Godzilla Blu-rays or 4Ks, there will be none

So lemme get this right: it was shown in theatres here with English dub or subs (didn't see it), but the media release gets neither?

That’s just the Amazon Japan exclusive release. Releases in other countries will have English subs.

This is the Japanese release (from Toho). They have never included English subs on any of their releases.

Once this movie gets an eventual stateside release, possibly Blu-ray/DVD only, it'll have English subs.

Question (I apologize since I can't read Japanese): will the steelbooks be the same for all three releases? And I get the impression that the final artwork for the steelbook(s) hasn't been determined yet?

Would love to have a steelbook with the -C poster art.

All three will have the same art, so you can just get the cheapest one if you plan to get US release later with English sub or digital copy.
I'm not sure if it's one steelbook or two, since there are two pairs of art work released. Amazon JP did not specify that.
