Is 'Tideland' (German Release) Region Free?

I searched these forums but there was no definite answer. One person though did say that it was a 'concorde' (did I spell that rght?) release and would be region free. Has anyone purchased it?

Sorry to bump this ancient post, but I was looking into this and wondering about the supplements. (Namely, what are they and are they playable in Region A - that is, not PAL.)

I ask because the HD-DVD that was released in Germany had a whole pile of supplements:

I never did pick that up, but if this BD is identical, I'll grab it today.

I own the blu-ray, and I'm pretty sure it's the same as the HD-DVD supplement-wise. It's a great disc that I recommend any Terry Gilliam fan picking up. It's been a while since I've popped the disc in my PS3, but all the bonus features play with no problem.
