The first Johnnie To UHD? Wouldn’t have been my guess for the first, but hopefully it’ll be the first of many.

Ah yes, forgot about those. Would absolutely love a whole load of To upgrades of previous releases, but more so stuff like The Mission.

Nice to see more To films released.

I wonder if this might get a UK edition from Eureka down the line, or maybe an AUS edition from Chameleon as they have both released some great To movies so far?

The Mission sorely needs a decent release. Love this movie. I have an ages old DVD (Mei Ah?) release. I most recently watched it streaming on Kanopy, I think it was. It's certainly among my favorite To films.

I'll probably get Lifeline -- I think I may have the old DVD somewhere.

Sadly, there's bad news. Apparently, the original film negatives can't be found at the moment.

Carlotta Films were the first to release Johnnie To movies in UHD

A good To movie but it's not a favorite of mine.

Hopefully, we will get a release of Loving You (a better movie imo) as part of VS's deal with Shaw Brothers.

This is part of VS's daily deals and it's $19.99 on 4K disc. Went ahead and ordered it.
