Default JMGO N1S Ultra 4K 3D Triple Laser Projector

I recently purchased the JMGO N1S Ultra 4K 3D Triple Laser Projector. I like it for it's portability. It uses Lasers, which gives off a much brighter image, especially when watching 3D. It is 4K and can do 3D. Top/Bottom, Side By Side and Frame Packing. What I don't like about it is that no 3D glasses are included. You have to buy them separately.

I've been thinking about this since seeing your post a few weeks ago. Can I ask are you projecting on a wall or a screen? I saw a video of somebody showing it works on a wall, this wold probably be the only way I could get it because I can't hang a screen or put up a screen, there's stuff in the way. Also how do you like the 4K picture if you've been using that? And the HDR? I've been trying to find out if this projector is full 4K or simulated 4k. I'm guessing it's simulated 4K but I can't find anything either way.

I'm projecting on a wall. It has an awesome 4K resolution. I don't think it is a true 4K picture. The HDR is good. But, if you don't like the Soap Opera Effect, you can turn that off.

Hi thank you for the response. Glad to hear you have a good picture on a wall as that's probably my only option if I pull the trigger. Regarding the Soap Opera effect, do you mean it is doing motion smoothing by default (forcing 24 fps content to appear 60 fps) and you can turn that off? Or did you mean something else? Thanks!

The image enhancer is MEMC on the JMGO. You can shut it off. HDR can also be shut off.
