For the curious, I found a scan online of what seems to be this disc. As always, take with a grain of salt, but according to this scan, it's the exact same encode as the US disc (which, as you can see, was posted in the US thread by Pieter V some weeks ago), just with a couple more lossy foreign language tracks. Based on their odd position, it looks like Dutch subtitles may have been added at a late stage and indeed they are not listed on the UK or AU back covers. Universal also continues their weird habit of only including described audio on their Blu-rays and not their 4K UHD discs.
