I think this is possibly just placeholder art. I believe they did the same thing with Constantine before having official art. Although, given some of Warner's efforts, I might actually prefer this to whatever they're cooking up

At least it's not some outrageous price point either. Can't beat $30 (as of now).

This is the only way to get Conjuring 1 on 4K right? If it wasn't, I wouldn't touch this.

Hopefully a standard 4K edition is announced. The Zavvi UK SteelBook I already own is hungry for a 4K disc.

I'm curious to know if this has Dolby Atmos or Dolby Vision. I'm sure that'll be announced later.

It’s in Dolby Vision on iTunes, so I assume it will be.

Do we have any idea when the US release date will be?

I want to pre-order this from Gruv, but the credit card I usually use to purchase steelbooks expires soon and Gruv unfortunately does not let you change/edit your payment method once you place an order.

Based on the current order date for retailers to get copies, it should be August, but that could change.
