When I click on this link to the Kino Lorber Airport box set announcement, I get redirected to a Chaterbate site.

Happening to me too for multiple news articles. It looks like a spam account is posting a link that triggers the redirect.

I thought I was going crazy when my phone started opening Telegram every time I tapped on the airport announcement. Now every news article redirects to some random site. Someone out there must really hate Blu-rays.

Now they need to disallow certain syntax from usernames -- as well as deleting all of those posted messages which are still there as of a minute ago.

I just clicked on the Airport announcement at work and THANK GOD I had my volume turned off...

That would have been fun.

We'll get it sorted, i don't have access to that part of the forum to remove the posts, but i have raised it with the team, it's gone back 6 pages deep it seems.

Happened when I was reading NEWS posts on Home page. Not very nice.

I had it happen to me too, when I clicked on a (if memory serves, a established member's link). The link took me to the intended site (I think-cause it changed so fast), then it morphed (redirected) into an amateur porn site.

Then I had to explain to my accountability partner, Speaker of the House Mike Johnson what happened. I may need a note from a moderator.

Thank you for reporting about this, it should be fixed. The problem was that vBulletin allowed some special characters in the username combined with some special characters in the comments. This should be fixed (hi Bogdan).
