They would do well to try to excel beyond disney in terms of video and audio and supplements.

Disney laughs at Paramount. Disney's main focus is to take over the world.

lol. if we had told those stupid duders last sept. that Paramount would be blu-ray exclusive by March 08, they would have gone, "nuh uh!"

Great to see them dropping HD DVD fully. HD DVD made them look like A$$holes.

Great news!

Looks more that that 'March 4th' blu announcement day just might hold true. Maybe some part of their contract/promise to the HDDVD side was that they wouldnt mention any Blu stuff until the last of the HD's were released.

Much like how Michael Bay went silent leading up to the release, only to support Blu again the day after transformers hit shelves.

bad news

"Paramount is expected to start rolling out Blu-ray Discs in the summer. Until then, titles will be released in standard DVD only."

http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/hr/...4fc3dc4e59ea6f

doesn't look like we will be getting Sweeney Todd or Blood of Blu-ray til at least summer.

Toshiba and MS dicked us over. There really is a level of hatred in my heart for those two companies.
