Default Help me get the most out of my HDTV

I have recently purchased a Sony KDL-40D3000 LCD tv with 120hz. I have my PS3 hooked up to it via HDMI.

There are a couple of features in the PS3 setup I'd like to know what they should be set at for optimal picture quality.

1) BD 1080p 24hz Output(HDMI)
available options: Automatic, Off, On

2) BD/DVD Video Ouput Format(HDMI)
available options: Automatic, RGB, Y Pb/Cb Pr/Cr

3) DVD Upscaler
available options: Off, Double Scale, Normal, Full Screen

Please tell me which settings these should be on, thank you.
