Blu-ray Case Broken!

My POTC 1 has broken tabs within the case. Does anyone have a contact number to disney to see if I can get a replacement? I know sleevetown has bluray cases, but those are only single disc. I need the double disc. Please help.

check ebay.. maybe somebody is selling blank ones..

I have. I haven't seen a dobule disc case on ebay.

I'm having the same problem trying to find double cases for blu rays. I search all over the internet but not luck.

Seriously, something should be done to improve the quality of these blu ray cases. They come broken way too often. It's my only beef with blu ray.

Due to the amount of problems that I have had with these things breaking (all of which were broken before I even opened the package), they really, really should open a market for inexpensive replacements just for good customer relations. I would bet Disney would do something, as they seem to be the only company that actually understands the importance of customer satisfaction.

It's the one thing that keeps me from buying more blu's online.
The fear that'll I get them broken...a la I Am Legend, PotC 3, and Dog Day Afternoon.

I found a double disc on ebay about two weeks ago. I needed it for Juno since it was totally trashed on both sides.

If mine come broken then i return it for a replacement.

Of course if you accidently broken it then that's a different story.

No it was broken when I got it. Next time I am going to shake the case to see if I hear a rattle. But there is no disney customer service number where I can call to get the replacement??

I went through two copies of Hitman, on each one both spindles were smashed to pieces (it is a double disc case).

I got Hairspray as a gift, and it came with broken tabs. The disc is fine, but it is a 2 disc set and I can't find them either.
Just bad luck I guess.

I have done this since DVD. Nothing is more annoying than buying a brand new DVD to find the DVD has come off and is already all scratched up!

Even still, it can be hard to tell if the case has loose inserts in them that make noise.
