Where to buy Star Trek: The Next Generation in Japanese?

For a friend of mine... it's my favorite show and looking to send her a few episodes. Anyone know of where I can buy region 2(that's japanese region right?) or region-free DVDs with Japanese audio or subtitles? Or where I can download the subtitles and encode it into a DVD to send(with original of course)?
