have the first 2 batman movies been announced at all?

They is a thread out there showing that the original batman's are penciled in for release this fall, i think in Oct, but that may get pushed back and released along side The Dark Knight in December.

Either way, WB is heavily working on getting these ready for this year. There may be a chance that these get pushed back till 2009. Only time will tell. An announcement should come by end of Summer or September at the latest.

(all my thoughts on things)

The 4 Batman films are coming in the fall, however it has yet to be revealed if they will be released separately or not.

Like the Special Edition DVDs did when Batman Begins was first released, these ones should be arriving day and date with The Dark Knight (more than likely in the late November to early December window).

but there are 6 batman movies that haven't been released on blu-ray yet. where are you getting 4 from?

What are the 6 Batman movies that haven't been released? Batman Begins is released, and this thread isn't talking about Dark Knight, but the four pics from the 80s-90s.

True, but hopefully they release them individually as they did with DVD. I only have interest in the Michael Keaton films.

They didn't release all of the Dirty Harry movies separately, which makes me wonder.

I agree, I only want the Keaton films as well.

dirty harry was released by itself on blu-ray. they were selling it for $19.99 at target about 2-3 weeks ago.

I agree, I only want the Keaton films as well.

I agree too...Batman Forever and Batman & Robin sucked big time!!!!

same here... if they kept Keaton... the other Batman movies probably wouldn't have been as bad as they were... and if they let them stay dark like the first 2...
