Watchmen Motion Comics - Blu-ray Forum

Just ran into this today, didn't see it posted anywhere. They're releasing "motion comics" of all twelve issues of Watchmen. Basically they take the existing artwork, animate it, and add a voice track. In a stroke of blasphemy by a comic fan, I have never read Watchmen, and every book store in my area is currently sold out, so finding this tonight was a pleasant surprise.
It's in iTunes, but it's free to watch. Got the first ep. on my iPhone to watch at work tomorrow

Now to find a hard copy of the damned book!

i never really heard of watchmen before.
but that part at the end of the preview at imax where the guy and girl are standing together and that gold tower is building around them looked cool!
The guy kinda looked like a buff silver surfer lol

The entire graphic novel is $10.99 on Amazon. Ordered mine Saturday.

I have the graphic novel, but I enjoyed the Watcmen Motion Comic. Makes the portions of the story that do not leap out of the printed pages a bit better. Gives a bit of a taste as to how the movie will be. I'll probably continue re-reading the graphic novel, and will continue to watch these episodes as they are released.

I also just finished watching this on my iPod at work.

Oh, and having one guy do all the reading blows. Male doing the voice of Silk Spectre? Fail.

I own the graphic novel, and I have just heard about the motion comic (streaming one now), will buy day one when it comes to blu.

Does bother me that Laurie is a dudes voice, but w/e!
