Help , PSP can't play videos

here's the problem

i converted some videos to AVC psp files and when i transfer them to my psp it says (this data is not supported)

any idea what's the problem?

i think they only play .MP4

no they play AVC i have a couple of old files already in there

what did you encode the audio with?

I can't get any of my videos to work on mine. Nor does my remote play work outside me house.

problem is solved

from the connected display setting i changed it to progressive

then copied the files and played just fine

outside the house you have to connect through an internet connection

My connection times out.
