Exclamation Disney, stop jerking us around and give us what we want!

Yes, Disney, I have seen your lineup of movie releases for the fall and I admit, there were some good titles in there, even the ones for which I do not care.

Sure, you gave us CARS and it looks as incredible as we longingly hope The Incredibles will appear. Yet, we wait with "baited" breath for Finding Nemo. We feel like a Little Mermaid out of water waiting for these most favorite of movies.

We aren't "playing" when we tug on your shirts and cry for Toy Story. Crack open the vault and give us what we want on blu-ray. It would be a real BOLT to the fans!

It would be nice if Disney did open the vault and did a mega release of 10/15 titles on blu as a one time thing until 20 years from now or something.

I am with you there man. Waiting for the goods like Toy Story, Monsters Inc., Finding Nemo. All those.

Disney - please?

if disney use the same drip feed system like they have for dvd, its likely blu-ray will have been replaced with another format before all the films are out.. they only released two of the classic per year for the last couple of years on dvd... they need to do it a little quicker on blu-ray... you can see what their doing and it makes financial sales sense to them.. but its very frustrating for the consumer

Hopefully Disney will pick up the pace at least. If they can release 2 Pixar movies a year, or more, and 2 Disney films a year, or more.. it would take a while but if they start with their biggest hits, it should work out fine.
I rather have them do their titles well than have them rushed out.

I agree with this.

Disney is VERY GOOD at transfers to Blu-ray. I would rather them remain VERY GOOD at it, than to let the quality suffer for quantity.

In no way do I want quality to suffer for quantity. Heck, if I want to watch crap I have the DVD's!

I just hate waiting for someone at Disney to remember the combo to the vault.

Was just this weekend my sister told me how she missed out on buying Beauty and the Beast on VHS. Well, she was upset she missed it. But on a trip to Disney she figured she would just buy it there.

She was shocked she could not buy all of the Disney movies at the Disney stores! When Beauty and the Beast finally was re-released on DVD she gave up a dinner date with a girlfriend to pick it up after work. She litterally waited 10 years!

Well, by the time they finish releasing their films on their schedule - there will be a new format taking hold. Lol.

Yes please release the Toy Story movies for Blu-ray. I know once I buy the regular DVDs they would release them on Blu-ray.

Exactly. Blu Ray isn't the end all be all of home entertainment. It will be replaced by something bigger and better, with more resolution etc. I wish the studios would stop dinking around and release the goods...

Monsters inc. would be great in high def.. as most animations are but that one appeals to me more seeing sullys individual blu-hairs in high def sounds clutch

I think it's because the people hear "you can't have this", demand goes up. I am of course refering to South Park's episode "Cartmanland". It's pure genious.

I remember thinking maybe they would release some more Pixar BDs in time for the WALL*E Blu-ray release. Shame.

I expect to purhcase all the Pixar films on BD.
