Default Wal Mart Gift Card?

I received a $50 Visa gift card, and have activated it online, but I can't use it on PSN. It keeps saying that my card info is not valid. It has a visa logo, and is supposed to be accepted anywhere Visa is (including online). Has anyone else had this problem?

I have tried to use visa gift cards to pay for my Sirius subscription and it would not work. I have never tried one on the psn. Have a pre-paid credit card for that.

Oh well, It was free money that I wanted to use on PSN... Guess it will have to go somewhere else.

You could use it to buy a prepaid PSN gift card for $50. They actually sell PSN cards at the Speedway gas station near my house in $25 increments.

A) How is this in any way related to Wal Mart?
B) Your gift card probably doesn't work directly with PSN since the gift card isn't directly linked to you. I.E. they can't tell for sure that you didn't steal someone's credit card, etc. My guess, anyway.

It's because it's not a permanent card. it's not even supposed to really be refilled, i know that you CAN refill it, but it's not a pre-paid credit card.

But yeah.... What does this have to do with the Worst Store Ever?

Because it's this card:

The reason I specified "Wal Mart" is because I don't know if the card issuer makes any difference.
