Any other members with TOTEM speakers?

In the time that I've been a member here, I've never met anyone who has these speakers in their setup.

Is that because they aren't readily available for audition where you live? Is it price point? Is it their aesthetic appeal? Is it that you think they aren't suited for a HT setup? Or is it that you've never heard of them?

Strange question, I know, but I wanted to throw it out there.

I like them! I'm in the minority though I guess......... I auditioned them pretty heavily for awhile.

Thanks for digging that up BigDaddy. I enjoyed the read..

From that link I guess I can safely assume that price point was a deterring factor for many. And it didn't help that someone quoted the Mites as being $1,200 a pair for bookshelf speakers. That simply is incorrect. I paid $695 for the Mahogany finish ones. It's the Rainmakers that start at $1,100 depending on finish.
