To tell the truth I have never seen the older Bonds. The 64.99 deal through Amazon will be my first time seeing the older Bonds. Out of the Brosnan/Craig Bonds my favorite is Casino Royale.

I'm a big booster for On Her Majesty's Secret Service. It's really underrated and (up 'til recently) was the only Bond film to end on a down note.
Bond gets married... BAM! She's shot in the head by Blofeld.

I also have soft spots for underdogs like For Your Eyes Only and The Living Daylights.

Those ones i never saw. Ill have to check them out. On MPIX, i think they are doing a Bond marathon which is quite good. It is always fun to re watch classics.

I've seen every Bond film including Never Say Never Again but not the 60's Casino Royale. These are the only ones I plan to buy or already have bought on BD:

Dr. No
From Russia With Love
Goldfinger
Thunderball
On Her Majesty's Secret Service
For Your Eyes Only
GoldenEye
Tomorrow Never Dies
The World Is Not Enough
Casino Royale
Quantum of Solace

Hardcore Bondophiles will tell you that the OHMSS movie is the closest to replicate Fleming's book and would have been more of a blockbuster had Connery not retired from the role. Second in authenticity is From Russia With Love. (my fave) I feel, personally, that the most iconic 007 flick, the one that set the stage for all future renditions was Goldfinger. This for me was the zenith where all the elements came together (gadgets, girls & bad guys). It wasn't as true to Fleming's book, but was so popular that it's success inspired, for good or bad, the studio and producers to keep cranking up up the ante with all the gadgets and goofy cartoon imagery for the next 40 years. In reality Goldfinger was fairly simple with the Aston Martin as the center piece of the gadgetry, but thereafter starting with Thunderball, 007 movie making went nuts.
I am happy to see things get a bit more realistic currently, but the biggest problem over the years is the writing has and still is sub-par. I hope that one day the Spectre/SMERSH/Blofeld story arc will be told correctly. This is what the James Bond mythology is all about and if done right could be as iconic and gut wrenching as Harry Potter and Voldemort. The Bond legacy is ripe with opportunity, it has just been a bit distressing that the studio & producers have been inept and putting it on the screen.

Favorite Sean Connery Bond films: All of them, except for Never Say Never Again.

Favorite Roger Moore Bond films: Live and Let Die, The Spy Who Loved Me, Moonraker, For Your Eyes Only, A View to a Kill.

Favorite Timothy Dalton Bond film: The Living Daylights.

Favorite Pierce Brosnan Bond films: Goldeneye and The World is Not Enough.

Favorite Daniel Craig Bond films: Both of them!

P.S. I did not like the George Lazenby Bond film, On Her Majesty's Secret Service (1969). That's one Bond film that I won't add to my Blu-ray collection!

From Russia with Love IMO is the Best Bond Movie so far

I also liked: Goldfinger, Dr. No, On Her Majesty's Secret Service, The Man with the Golden Gun, Licence to Kill, GoldenEye, Casino Royale, even Quantum of Solace to some extent.

Don't Like: Diamonds are Forever, Octopusy, A View to a Kill, The Living Daylights, Die Another Day.

But the one I hate the most is Moonraker What an awful movie
